As a great supporter of the underdog, I thought I’d make some Macaroons…no not the fancy, trendy ones but the forgotten, slightly dumpy cousin of the Macaron.
I found this recipe and had most of the ingredients (turns out maple syrup is fine instead of honey and it doesn’t miss the melted chocolate).
They are super yummy when warm, and look like little snowballs.
